Who we are

This website is operated by Shenton AI Pte. Ltd., a company based in Singapore ("Shenton AI", "we", "us"). We are responsible for the personal data described in this notice and handle it in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).

Personal data we collect

We collect only the personal data you choose to give us, through the booking form on this website or by email. This is normally:

• your name, work email, company and role;
• which description fits you best (growing business, regulated financial institution or other);
• the AI use case or workflow you have in mind, and anything you write in your message; and
• whether you have opted in to marketing emails.

Please do not send us identity numbers or other sensitive personal data. We do not ask for them.

Why we use it

We use your personal data to respond to your enquiry, arrange and hold the free 20-minute briefing you asked for, and keep a record of our correspondence with you.

Consent and withdrawal

By submitting the booking form or emailing us, you consent to us using your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing privacy@shenton.ai. We will then stop using your data for those purposes, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it.

Marketing

We send marketing emails only if you have given separate consent by ticking the optional box on the booking form. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any such email or by writing to privacy@shenton.ai.

We never sell your data

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to anyone.

Service providers

We may share your personal data with trusted service providers who help us run our business, such as our email and website hosting providers. They may use it only to provide their services to us and must protect it appropriately.

Transfers outside Singapore

Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Singapore. Where that happens, we take steps to ensure your personal data receives a standard of protection comparable to that under the PDPA.

How long we keep it

We keep your personal data only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law. After that we delete it or anonymise it.

How we protect it

We use reasonable security arrangements to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification or disposal.

Access and correction

You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask how it has been used or disclosed, or ask us to correct it. Please email privacy@shenton.ai. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

This website does not use cookies, analytics or third party trackers.
